Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in early childhood education, child development, or a related field. (preferred)
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. (preferred)
• Can speak in Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Proficiency in using media technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing quality education to young learners.

Responsibilities

• Developing engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Designing assessments to evaluate children\'s progress and development.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively and promoting positive interactions among children.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment to provide a safe and healthy space for children to learn and play.
• Establishing and maintaining open, ongoing communication with parents and caregivers to foster collaboration and support children\'s learning and development.
• Completing required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including attendance records, progress reports.
• Preparing children for special events such as sports day and annual concerts, incorporating activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.
