ISP Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate must be well qualified and enthusiastic individual who has excellent subject knowledge in Mandarin and other subjects to teach for primary classes. The candidate must be resourceful and innovative in his/her teaching approach. You must be passionate about your subject, with the ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons that engage, motivate and challenge, with a strong emphasis placed on developing pupils\' ability to achieve their individual potential and goals. The candidate must promote high expectations for all students, designing learning activities that are aligned to our school\'s curriculum and creating a learning culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved. We welcome those with creative, innovative, and enriching ideas which will motivate and inspire our young learners. You will be supported by strong leadership, systems and an outstanding professional development programme. Skills, Qualifications And Experience Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor\' Degree in Chinese Studies/Education/Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching or equivalent, (a teaching qualification would be desirable). Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a National school context. Applicants will be hardworking and enthusiastic teaching professional with excellent subject knowledge and a sound understanding of the National Curriculum. Motivated individual with keen interest in encouraging, motivating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
