Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Engineering or above,(or any related field Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/IT, etc.)
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and efficient teamwork.
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken English and Mandarin (can be used as working languages).
• Other Requirements: Flexible thinking, strong learning ability, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and online platforms, provide technical support for electronic/mechanical products, and follow up on orders throughout the entire process.
• Coordinate with internal production and logistics departments to ensure efficient delivery of customer orders and resolve any unexpected issues during the delivery process.
• Maintain customer relationships, handle after-sales issues and complaints, and regularly collect and provide feedback on customer needs to optimize service processes.
• Support the achievement of team goals and adapt to both day and night shifts.
