Requirements * Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) - must be able to handle Mainland Chinese dialect/terminology.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia for local communication. English is an added advantage.
  • Education / Experience:
  • Diploma/Degree in any field. Internship candidates are also welcome.
  • SPM leavers / fresh graduates with strong language ability also considered.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Langkap, Perak.
  • Must be willing to travel if needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to handle sensitive HR/management conversations and documentation.
  • Driving license is needed.
Tanggungjawab
Job Responsibilities
Interpretation:
  • Daily translation during factory meetings, discussions and site inspections.
  • Support management in interviews, disciplinary hearings and HR/IR matters with workers.
  • Provide interpretation for expatriates during external visits (authorities, vendors, suppliers).
Translation (Documents & Reports):
  • Translate HR documents, SOPs, technical manuals, memos, and correspondence (Mandarin English/Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Assist in preparing bilingual notices, announcements and reports.

  • Salary Range: RM1,700 - RM2,800 (negotiable based on experience).
