About the role
As a
Translator
, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication within the organization. You will translate documents and act as a bridge between management and the production team, making sure messages and instructions are accurately conveyed. This role requires attention to detail, strong language skills, and the ability to facilitate clear and effective communication across different teams.
Key responsibilities
Accurately translate documents, reports, and operational materials, ensuring meaning and context are preserved.
Act as the primary liaison between management and the production team, facilitating clear and effective communication for smooth operational flow.
Interpret and convey verbal instructions, discussions, and briefings across teams, ensuring understanding and minimizing miscommunication.
Proofread, edit, and format translated materials to maintain professional standards and consistency in terminology.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring proper documentation and data security.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Proficient in Mandarin with strong written and verbal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively between teams.
