What You'll be Doing




In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing a strong pipeline of sellers in Malaysia for global exports. This role focuses on direct seller acquisition and developing partnerships to scale seller inflow and growth. You'll craft long-term strategies, optimize daily operations, and foster meaningful partnerships with sellers and external stakeholders.


During a Typical Day, You'll



Acquire new sellers in line with high-potential seller profiles. Review and qualify inbound leads, onboard them, and provide support Drive initiatives and projects around lead generation, seller onboarding, and sales acceleration Partner with marketing teams to build awareness and generate leads. Address and resolve seller concerns, ensuring a smooth selling experience. Escalate and consolidate recurring challenges to category owners for structural solutions Promote platform programs, campaigns, and tools to increase adoption and performance

What You Bring to the Role



Bilingual in Mandarin and English Ability to work onsite once a month as required by the business At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail merchandising or category management Comfortable engaging with customers to enhance and develop solutions Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations before escalating to the next level Computer experience
