Job Description

Oversee and assist with Learning Management Systems, Learning Content Management Systems, and Learning Experience Platforms, ensuring efficient operations and providing support to users.

• Collaborate with LMS providers to stay informed about updates and system specifications, ensuring effective support for end-users as needed.
• Manage the organization of courses, curricula, and certifications, overseeing user enrollments and validating course content across multiple platforms.
• Develop and refresh training materials and job aids for users, while contributing to the documentation of business processes.
• Create engaging course interfaces and instructional graphics, translating educational concepts into interactive visuals and animations.
• Follow quality assurance standards by conducting peer reviews and manual tests of content both prior to and after its release.

• Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor\'s degree and has a minimum of three years\' experience in an LMS setting (experience with Cornerstone, Degreed, or Xyleme is preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Skilled in content curation and adept at resolving eLearning content issues.
• Bilingual Communication: Proficient in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Industry Insight: Possesses a good understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, particularly AstraZeneca\'s key business drivers.
