Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial phone screenings in

Mandarin & English

. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and update status. Support end-to-end recruitment activities. Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are

. Strong communication skills in

Mandarin (mandatory)

and English. Good interpersonal and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace). Coordinate interviews & follow-ups Maintain database & recruitment reports Must be willing to work full-time from office Work on end-to-end recruitment: sourcing ? screening ? coordinating Handle multiple open roles & deliver within timelines Good communication skills & ability to work independently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
