• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to work on 5 days with 2 rotating off days, with shifts between 8 am and 8 pm (8 hours + 1 hour lunch break)
• Live chat experience and IT knowledge are preferred.
• Proficient in Traditional Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in the Technical Service/Product Specialist is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Strong technical skills, ability to quickly learn new trend and product.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support Agent are equipped with broad and basic understanding of product's functions and features. They act as the first line of customer support by addressing customer inquiries and concerns about products as well as offering basic to intermediate troubleshooting guidance.

• Own and drive query resolution through collaboration with in-house product operations & engineering groups to resolve all types of queries.
• Work on case volumes across email and chat channels
• Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics ensuring service quality through case journey and providing regular updates across touch points.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve Best in Class productivity, impacting resolution times for end customers.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products, warranty support, services.
• Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
