Manpower Operations Executive

to support recruitment agency outlets.

Role Overview

You'll act as the operational link between HQ and client outlets, ensuring smooth daily workflows, resolving staffing issues, and engaging with on-ground staff. This hybrid role combines remote administrative work with weekly site visits in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Conduct site visits at client outlets (hotels, F&B, factories). Resolve manpower and workflow issues, acting as first point of contact. Monitor performance trends and address absenteeism or concerns. Submit weekly reports and updates to the Operations Chief. Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams locally and internationally.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR operations is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with both administrative and fieldwork. Willing to travel across Singapore for site visits. Proactive, accountable, and eager to grow into management roles.

Package & Benefits

Salary: From SGD 2,500 - SGD 3, 500 (negotiable with experience) Performance bonus (2x yearly) + annual bonus EZ-Link card provided for local transport Company-sponsored L&D trips (e.g., Chiang Mai, World Expo Osaka 2025) 5.5 workdays/week (Mon-Sat), 44 hours

Note:

Site visits may occur early mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Weekend rotation will be introduced once the team expands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM11,500.00 per month
