Position: Manufacturing Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Monitor the filling off latex, stabilizer and curing agents in the maturation tank are in accordance with formulation procedures. Assist to prepare the monthly stock inventory for compounded latex mixes and coagulant mixes for the monthly stock reports Ensure the preparation of chemical and latex mixes are accordance to formulation procedure. Check on daily basis to ensure the supply of mixes and coagulant are sufficient to meet production requirement at optimum inventory level Monitor the usage of old mixes by blend with a fresh mix in order to minimize the stock level Check on the daily basis to maintain the cleanliness of maturation tank, mixing tank, nourishing tank and dipping tank Assist to arrange the work to ensure the change in production planning for the latex mixes and coagulant mixes in dipping tank and nourishing tank as per planning Comply with all requirements of the quality system Be aware of personal responsibility with regards to safety health environment and to be continuously alert to potential risks of accidents or pollution related to the job Attend to any other job or duty that are consistent or compatible with the terms of employment as may be assigned by the superior from time to time Abide by the company's personnel policies and procedures.
Requirements

Male / Female ( Female to see the character and experience based) Diploma Holder Familiar/ experience with Production/Manufacturing environment Diploma in any engineering/Science - Not admin/business/Account ( If have experience in Manufacturing maybe can be considered)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
