Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide technical support to the Contract Manufacturer for executing the assembly processes, ECN implementation, troubleshooting production issue to meet defined standards of quality and on-time delivery, materials form-fit qualification, and evaluation.
• To identify critical manufacturing and quality issues and driving the CM partner to closure.
• As Teradyne's first point of contacts and escalation for process/assembly related issue and provide deviation authorization as were appropriate
• Create, review and coordinate Engineering Change Orders implementation with the CM partner and make process improvement recommendations.
• Acts as a primary interface with the Teradyne NPI Ops team / Engineering team during the release of a new assemblies or revisions to assemblies already in use.
• To work with the CM partner to drive operation improvement
• Interact with field team and support driving improvement for field quality feedback

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in complex Electro-Mechanical assembly, understanding technical drawings, SolidWorks and electrical system would be key advantage.
• Must be able to interface and effectively communicate with technology and engineering departments to resolve manufacturing issues and process improvement.
• Good operational, leadership and interpersonal skills with excellence drive and enthusiasm.
• Analytical, team player, mature thinking, organized and high sense of urgency.
• Flexible to work at multiple time zones and travel for training or audit
