JOB SCOPE

Responsible of Customer Support for new product specifications and design. Support customer in technical issues, specification review and etc. Responsible for process engineering in Cutting process. Developing and optimizing cutting processes to ensure precision and efficiency in lead frame production. This involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality. Create or revise work instructions and develop new processes using solid modelling in compliance with engineering drawings and standards. Responsible to write up the procedure/work instruction for the product and process. Coordinate on technological development, process qualification, and product needs. Responsible for production trial and sample OTD. Able to perform all specific responsibilities described above with minimum supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Japanese speaker is an advantage. At least 1 years working experience in manufacturing engineering or mass manufacturing. Understanding of metallurgy, materials properties, and manufacturing processes related to lead frame production. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in lead frame cutting processes are added advantages.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
