A well-regarded manufacturing company specializing in precision engineering and electronic products, this firm serves clients across multiple industries. Known for its commitment to quality and operational excellence, they are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee daily operations to meet production schedules and quality targets.
:

• Oversee new transfer initiatives and create process documentation.

• Perform time studies, assess workflow, and recommend efficiency enhancements.
• Manage corrective measures from inspections and audits.

Plan factory layouts, design jigs and fixtures, and drive continuous improvements. * Evaluate product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and identify root causes of defects (FMEA).

• Implement Lean/Six Sigma strategies to boost quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Develop production procedures, validate processes/products, and approve new equipment.
• Generate reports on manufacturing performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.

• At least 2 years manufacturing experience
• Skilled in reading mechanical drawings and SolidWorks; Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma.
