If you are passionate about engineering and seek to make a significant impact, we invite you to join our team.Role Overview:As a Manufacturing Engineer at ResMed, you will apply your advanced skills and knowledge in manufacturing engineering to develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes. You will conduct prototyping and verification activities to determine the feasibility and suitability of designs and assist in the development, execution, and testing of new and existing products.Let\'s Talk About the RoleImplement manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation to meet production volumes.Resolve technical issues while adhering to OH&S guidelines.Collaborate closely with Product Development to ensure robust, manufacturable products.Introduce and maintain production procedures, and provide training on new equipment, processes, and procedures.Complete process validation activities and documentation.Identify and implement quality and efficiency measures, including GMP, Six-Sigma, and LEAN improvement actions.Perform work in specialized areas of expertise requiring knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts.Let\'s Talk About Qualifications and RequirementsUniversity degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.Experience in resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with OH&S guidelines.Ability to work closely with Product Development teams.Proficiency in implementing and maintaining production procedures and providing training.Expertise in completing process validation activities and documentation.Knowledge of quality and efficiency measures, including GMP, Six-Sigma, and LEAN improvement actions.Strong project management skills and the ability to build productive internal and external working relationships.Occasionally lead project teams and provide formal training to junior staff.Career Progression:Early career: Performing routine professional-based activities.Mid-career: Contributing to and managing projects.Specialist and expert: Providing advice and direction in primary areas of expertise.Principal: Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.Why Join ResMed?At ResMed, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment.
