Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer are responsible for the day-to-day running of production processes in all types of manufacturing operations. They make sure that the production line is running smoothly and that staff are meeting their production targets. The main duties of a supervisor would include:
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency and product quality
- Identify inefficiencies and propose engineering solutions
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process enhancements
- Drive automation opportunities across manufacturing operations
- Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting work performance.
- Identify, analyze, carry out and monitor continual improvements activities.
- Willing to work in shift (if needed)
- Experience in manufacturing management is added advantage
- Degree in any Engineering Discipline.
- Knowledge of Assembly Back End Processes is an added advantage.
- Able to lead, propose and guide the company on existing and new application/process/system requirements.
- Able to work independently and able to carry out assigned task on a tight schedule.
