Job Description

Responsibilities:
In charge, follow up and provide status update on all FA/new process/part evaluation matter.
Interpret technical drawings and generate in-house drawings and procedures.
In-charge of sample order fulfilment vs. PO receivable.
Work with process engineer to analyse & conclude (work with superior) on the evaluation build's result/finding/observation.
On feasibility study. With the help/support of process engineer, provide feasibility study and feedback. If part build is not feasible, feedback ASAP with supporting reason, or provide propose to enable the part to be become feasible.
On Tooling/Material/Fixture. Check and confirm on material & tooling or fixture availability, if either is not readily available; ASAP, work concurrently to feedback to the customer/requestor, and start to source for it and feedback on lead time required.
On Checking Metrology. Understand from or work with QC/QA the correct method of checking, the right instrument/gauges to be used for all the dimensioning/geometry tolerance. Have the checking metrology reflected on the Control Plan.
Machines request/planning, work out submission schedule.
Provide sample submission schedule, targeted to be within 48 working hours upon receipt of requisition. Follow up and ensure the part is on schedule as per the committed date.
Work with process engineer to define the processes and its flow.
Take note and record down all the concerns/problems encountered along the build, and feedback for further study on improvement - reflect them on Post Mortem Record card.
In-charge of project hand over to production, together with a promising yield rate and quality efficiency record.

Requirement Minimum Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent. Fresh Graduate encourage to apply. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferable. Knowledge of Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel Good Problem-Solving Skills with attention to details. Communication well and be a good team player
