Lead and support manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with the QC department to analyze defects, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop, improve, and maintain process control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transition from development to mass production.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, R&D, and Maintenance) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to reduce downtime, scrap, and rework.
Ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards and other regulatory/customer requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing or quality engineering (preferably in precision components, plastics, or related industries).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, QC tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis), and ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 standards.
Hands-on problem-solving and process improvement skills (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma are an advantage).
Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CAD/software tools.
