Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all company machinery and equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime. Supervise a team of technicians and ensure safe work practices. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement. Prepare reports on machinery performance, maintenance costs, and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years' experience in machinery maintenance/management, with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, preventive maintenance, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns.
