Responsibilities:

Provide PCBA manufacturing equipments engineering support.
Lead project improvement on Lean manufacturing/OEE/Operation efficiency.
Setup Work Instruction, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Preventive Maintanance and Training related to SMT equipment operation.
Work with external supplier and internal cross functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment and manufacturing process.
Continuous equipment and manufacturing operation process improvement.
Provide technical support to value stream team in order to achieve business and quality indices

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
Fresh gratuated is accepted. Working experience in SMT Chip placement equipment or PCB assembly manufacturing would be an added advantage.
