Perform grinding, sanding, and rework activities according to customer specifications and approved work instructions.
Handle a variety of power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Polish components to achieve tight-tolerance surface finishes as required.
Conduct visual inspection of surface finishes before and after processing.
Remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces to meet quality standards.
Ensure all consumables are used within the allocated quantity.
Maintain all power tools in good working condition before and after use.
Immediately report any abnormalities, mismatches, or defects to the Supervisor.
Ensure all beams are in good condition before submitting to QA for inspection.
Assist Supervisor, Engineer, or Machinist in rework processes when required.
Guide and support new employees during training sessions.
Perform Continuous Improvement activities to maintain safety, efficiency, and achieve daily/weekly output targets.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates from SPM or SKM are encouraged to apply.
SPM / SKM / Diploma in Mechanical or Engineering-related fields is an advantage.
Result-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
