Job Description

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations, including Production, Engineering (Maintenance), and Quality (QA/QC) functions. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing with coating experience considered an advantage.

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency and meet output targets.
• Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain product standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor teams across production, engineering (maintenance), and quality functions to achieve performance objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic manufacturing plans aligned with business goals.
• Optimize processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and enhance workflow.
• Oversee resource allocation and manage budgets effectively to achieve operational targets.
• Occasionally participate in production planning and provide technical advice on processes.
