Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning and inventory control.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations.

• Develop and implement production schedules and plans.

• Ensure that production meets quality standards and specifications.

• Manage and lead a team of production workers and supervisors.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality control departments.

• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to increase efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Manage inventory levels to support production schedules.

• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

• Implement and oversee maintenance programs for production equipment.

• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

• Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes.

• Supervise the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Oversee the procurement of raw materials and supplies
