Manufacturing Operations Director (sarawak)

Job Description
As part of succession planning, our client are seeking a visionary and technically sound Operations Leader to take charge of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic growth. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of guiding a team to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations
- Responsible for plant operations with a specific focus on production output, supply chain, quality, capacity target, engineering an planning
- Monitor the results of various departments under your care through systematic data collection
- Analyse and execute action plan for continuous improvements
- Plan and drive CAPEX to align with corporate and business direction
- Govern proper documentations in compliant to quality, HSSE and ISO standards
- Ensure implementation of group\'s mission, vision and core values
- At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience within the manufacturing industry
- Prior experience in heavy manufacturing or high volume, low mix manufacturing process
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Champion in driving Health, Safety and Environment
