Job Description

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issues Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and reduce costs Facilitate communication between production teams and management Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Preferred) Proven experience in manufacturing planning or production scheduling Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and production planning software Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
