Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Manufacturing / Process Engineer

with strong expertise in CNC machining and stamping processes to join our engineering team. This role will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and special processes to support aerospace and precision engineering components. You will work closely with our Singapore-based OEM partners, ensuring product quality, process qualifications, and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities

Develop, create, and update

sheet metal forming / stamping processes

and work instructions in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Design stamping tools, die-sets, tooling, fixtures, and gauges for fabrication processes. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes including

Broaching, Orbital Riveting, Shot Peening, Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, and Welding

. Prepare

technical costing

for NPI and existing products. Conduct

pre-production pilot runs

and provide training to associates. Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements. Liaise with Singapore OEM partners on product requirements, process qualifications, and technology development. Perform

machine upkeep

and troubleshoot CNC equipment (mechanical, electrical, software). Create and adjust

CNC machining programs

based on engineering drawings and specifications. Support

continuous improvement projects

and RFQ proposal development. Perform other engineering-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

Degree in

Mechanical / Manufacturing / Aeronautical / Material Engineering

or related field. Minimum

3 years' experience

in precision engineering, aerospace component manufacturing, or mass manufacturing. Skilled in

CNC machining & programming

using CAD/CAM (Siemens NX Unigraphics preferred). Strong knowledge of

milling, turning, tool design, and fixture design

. Proficient in reading and interpreting

customer drawings, specifications, and standards

. Good understanding of

special processes

(Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Welding, Shot Peening). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally in a team environment.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
