Support/Lead quality discussion for customer complaint & non-conformance material review with different organization including business line.
Support operation team on quality improvement projects
Familiar/expert with manufacturing quality systems such as Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving (8D, 5-Why, DMAIC), Statistical Process Control, Cpk, Failure Mode Effects & Analysis, Control Plan, FMEA, DOE.
Factory interface for quality related topics.
Requirements:
Minimum degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Science or Physics.
Self-motivated; able to take initiative and effectively prioritize work.
Good interpersonal skills; Candidate will be the voice of customers for all quality concerns.
Ability to influence and lead others to accomplish goals.
