To supervise and lead production team towards achivement of production target.
Formation of work team among production operators for continous improvement as well as leading and monitoring staff to excell in performance.
To set direction for improving respective production section in line with management objective and policies.
Evaluate and appraise production staff performance and develop training program to upgrade staff skill.
Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
Provide engineering and technical support on all production matter.
Preparation / revision of all production documents inclusive Work Instruction (WI), ISO9001, ISO14001, EMS, Safety and Quality.
To perform a duty of Night Shift Supervisor based on night shift rotation schedule.
Responsible in supervising and lead production team towards achieving production target within requeired specification and right cost.
To ensure maximum safety measures are taken during production.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree of Science in Production / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering.
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in manufacturing field will be an added advantange preferably of punching / stamping / blanking operation.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
