Job Description
Oversees the team to ensure efficient operations in achieving the goals and targets aligned with the business strategy and ensures efficient day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
Collaborating with the management in establishing the team goals aligning with the operational needs and supporting the team's success against the key metrics. Ensuring the meeting of production targets, maintaining high production standards, and conducting periodic audits of the processes. Identifying areas of improvement, planning and implementing the process improvement workshops, and helping the team implement industry-wide best practices. Implementing the quality plans as per the standards in the organization, identifying common issues, doing root cause analysis to understand the source, and recommending inputs to solve them.
What your background should look like
Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
