Job Overview
Oversees the team to ensure efficient operations in achieving the goals and targets aligned with the business strategy and ensures efficient day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
- Collaborating with the management in establishing the team goals aligning with the operational needs and supporting the team's success against the key metrics.
- Ensuring the meeting of production targets, maintaining high production standards, and conducting periodic audits of the processes.
- Identifying areas of improvement, planning and implementing the process improvement workshops, and helping the team implement industry-wide best practices.
- Implementing the quality plans as per the standards in the organization, identifying common issues, doing root cause analysis to understand the source, and recommending inputs to solve them.
Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
