Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Measure, cut, bend, form, and assemble sheet metal parts using machines such as shears, press brakes, punches, and rollers.
Perform fitting, deburring, drilling, tapping, and grinding as required.
Carry out welding (TIG/MIG/spot) and finishing operations when necessary.
Inspect completed parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards before submission to the next process.
Perform machine setup, operation, and minor maintenance of equipment.
Work closely with engineers and production leaders to resolve fabrication issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and tools.
Follow safety policies, 5S practices, and company procedures at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
