• Provides technical support in the area of electronic, test and operation. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, experiments and repairs in order to develop a resolution associated with components, parts, products and test systems.
• Participate and support operation excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and projects related to

• Product quality/yield
• Rework TAT
• Production/test downtime
• Non-conformance inventory reduction.
• Suppot/assist engineer in

• Data collection as part of product quality/yield improvement initiatives.
• Parts qualifications as part of assurance of supply initiatives.
• Maintaining various compliance requirments (ESD, safety, calibration/PM schedule etc)
• Support NPI/Product Transfer projects with engineer guidance in new product/process/test setup, product prototype qualification/performance charaterization and ship release.

Qualifications:Qualification: * Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Telecommunications) or related field

• At least 8 years experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
• Good computer literacy, good communication skill, good reporting of information/data, problem analysis and standard data analysis.
• Familiarity on test instruments (Arbitrary Waveform Generator, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscope etc)
• Can work independently and drive initiatives on product qualifications and improvements.
