Provide tooling technical leadership in Advance Material Test Center (AMTC) operation line, developing process and tooling capability for better quality, throughput, and cycle time.
Initiate and implement modification projects on equipment reliability.
Ensure process and tooling uptime and availability meeting cost, quality, and schedule.
Maintain product quality, tooling update and process yield.
Response to prolong tooling issues (yield/quality) occurring in the production floor.
Own curatorship for Maintenance documents.
Individuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:
Typically, an associate degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of experience.
May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work who are non- degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.
High level of flexibility
Able to work in shift pattern depending on business needs.
Working knowledge in the field of electromechanical technology and software.
Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution.
Independent and self-driven.
Possess strong teamwork and ability to collaborate at cross site/function team.
