Job Details: Position : Tooling & Calibration Technician Company Sector : Aviation MRO Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to1730) Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance) WHO CAN APPLY Possess minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic or equivalent Minimum of 2 years\' experience working as a tooling /calibration technician and in QA/QC Experience working in manufacturing company Good communication in English Basic knowledge in Microsoft word & excel applications. Ability and willingness to work off hours as needed to support manufacturing operations Ability to work in a team environment JOB SCOPE: Will perform calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and equipment\'s related to production operations.. Drive best practice daily through high standards of engineering, compliance and HS&E standards. Maintain an accurate inventory and status of calibrated tools and equipment ensure back up tool availability. Provides the shop with a list of tools due for calibration to ensure all expired tools are recalled accordingly as per the QCWI. Routes tools for calibration to approved calibration sources. Manages the full process of quotation, PO release, tool pick up, receiving and inspection of all calibrated tools in the shop.
