Job Details:
Position : Tooling Technician
Company Industry : Aviation MRO
Working Hours : 2 shift rotation
Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Basic up to RM2,500 with statutory contribution+ shift allowance + incentives + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

WHO CAN APPLU?
\xc2\xb7 Minimum SKM3 / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years\' experience working as a tooling technician or skilled trade within a manufacturing or industrial
\xc2\xb7 environment.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of basic CNC programming a plus
\xc2\xb7 Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends, as required
\xc2\xb7 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job scope
\xc2\xb7 Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment/
\xc2\xb7 Systems & provide support for engine loading / unloading activities.
\xc2\xb7 Plan, estimate, sequence, and perform any task required to program, fabricate, assemble, maintain, inspect, and repair any and all types of tools.
\xc2\xb7 Use processes such as cutting, grinding, spotting, painting, hand finish, shaping, bending, drilling, reaming, tapping, wiring, plumbing, lay-up, minor welding, inspection, set-up, operate all types of fabrication and
\xc2\xb7 measurement equipment and machine tools required to fabricate tools.
\xc2\xb7 Support production activities at all times by ensuring minimum response times to tools breakdowns.
\xc2\xb7 Assisting the Production in unloading and loading engine as required and general forklift duties
\xc2\xb7 Able to provide simple report on breakdown history and ensure action follow up to prevent recurrence of tool breakdowns.
\xc2\xb7 Keep track of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part/inventory control.
\xc2\xb7 Assist Engineers in carrying out engineering evaluations/experiments/ troubleshooting.
\xc2\xb7 Provide feedback and give suggestions to improve tools/equipment stability and performance.
\xc2\xb7 Participate and contribute actively in continuous improvement activities.
