Conduct training for new hires and existing employees on production processes, equipment operation, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Develop training materials, including manual, SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids.
Perform hands-on demonstrations and provide on-the-job training (OJT) on manufacturing equipment and techniques.
Assess employee competencies through evaluations and skill assessments.
Maintain and update training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
Conduct audits and follow-ups to ensure training is being applied on the production floor.
Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
