Job Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve

efficiency, quality, and safety

. Develop and maintain

SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts

. Evaluate and improve

production cycle time

, while identifying opportunities to

reduce waste

. Introduce, qualify, and support the implementation of

new production technologies and automation

. Collaborate closely with

QA, Maintenance, and Production teams

to resolve process-related issues. Lead

productivity improvement, layout planning, and cost reduction

projects. Conduct

time studies, line balancing, and ergonomic analysis

to enhance line performance. Support

new product development

, including

tooling and jig design

. Maintain process documentation in compliance with

ISO 9001

and support

continuous improvement initiatives

. Ensure adherence to all

safety and environmental standards

.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

(or equivalent). Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in manufacturing or process engineering. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply. Proficient in

CAD software

(AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and

Microsoft Office applications

. Strong

problem-solving, analytical

, and

project management

abilities. Able to work

independently

and effectively in

cross-functional teams

. Good communication skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is an added advantage).
