Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably within the Food and Beverage or Hospitality sector.
• Background in Food and Beverage operations, demonstrating fundamental knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and halal practices.
• Strong analytical skills with a willingness to continually learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
• Competent in basic documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.

• Learn theory & practical aspects of all kitchen dishes, including ingredient identifications and maintaining SOPs.
• Conduct kitchen training and assessments.
• Construct kitchen audit module aligned with company\'s direction.
• Monitor outlet staff performance.
• Assist in kitchen operations.
• Proactive in seeking answers and liaising with different departments.
• Willing to travel locally alone or partner for outstation.

• Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,500 +EPF+SOCSO
• Location: Kota Damansara
• Willing to start within 1 month
