1. Job description:

1.1. To edit in-house training pictures and videos.

1.2. To conceptualize and develop graphics for social media.

1.3. To organize the Institute's Vimeo channel.

1.4. To replicate the Vimeo contents into You Tube.

1.5. To overlook and / or assist in the Company's marketing activities.

1.6. To communicate with international medical societies or organizations to organize events and webinars.

1.7. To organize / participate in local or international events, seminars or talk shows.

1.8. To establish a social medial recognition for the Institute in other countries.

1.9. To update the Institute about potential and upcoming (local and Asia) aesthetic medical related events.

1.10. To assist in the Company's daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.

2. Required experience, skills & knowledge:

2.1. Qualification: Diploma in marketing and design.

2.2. Working experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.

2.3. Able to work flexibly and on selected weekends.

2.4. Good communication skills - written and verbal.

2.5. Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task to detail.

2.6. Knowledge in using Photo and Video editing software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator and other appliations.

2.7. Knowledge in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) and WINDOWS.

2.8. Knowledge in search engines and social media for searching and generating leads, replying to enquiries and collaboration.

2.9. Knowledge in email campaign, text-messaging applications and related services.

2.10. Good communication skills especially in drafting letters and emails.

2.11. Attention to detail with good communication and graphic design skills.

3. Salary, Allowance & Commission:

3.1. Salary: RM 3000 - RM 3500, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,083.97 - RM5,574.70 per month
