Marcom Executive / Senior Marcom Executive
Marketing Communications, Senior Executive (Event):

• Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns in-line with the Company\'s marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions.
• Manage promotional and advertisement space enquiries and achieve the target income.
• Secure sponsorship and collaboration with tenants and external parties in delivering successful marketing events and activation to drive visitation and sales.
• Duty as a tenants\' liaison personnel to foster effective relationships between tenants and landlord and support their promotional and advertisement needs.
• Involved in content creation and write compelling copy across all marketing channels. Strong English language copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Analyse and measure the performance of all activation carried out and present them through comprehensive post-mortem reports.
• Ensure consistent brand image in all types of communications across all channels. Ensure that all mall branding is adhered by relevant parties.
• Conduct market survey to abreast with latest retail market trends.
• Carry out any other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirement(s)

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking tenants.
• Minimum 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in event company / retail / mall / hotel event, exhibition, convention center/ loyalty program / commercial property.
• Able to work weekend, Public Holiday if needed.
