Marcom Executive / Senior Marcom Executive
Marketing Communications, Senior Executive (Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Program):

• Plan and execute effective loyalty/marketing campaigns in-line with the Company\'s marketing objectives and positioning to grow the customer database, drive visitation and sales.
• Manage Customer Relationship Management and loyalty program system. Perform database analysis to manage customer data and identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and mentor the customer service team to ensure they deliver high-quality service and meet all aspects of the customer service function.
• Manage and maintain the mall\'s mobile app and website.
• Secure sponsorship and collaboration with tenants and external parties in delivering successful marketing events and activation to drive visitation and sales.
• Involved in content creation and write compelling copy across all marketing channels. Strong English language copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Analyse and measure the performance of all activation carried out and present through comprehensive post-mortem reports.
• Develop good working relationships with the media and carry out media related activities.
• Ensure consistent brand image in all types of communications across all channels. Ensure that all mall branding is adhered by relevant parties.
• Conduct market survey to abreast with latest retail market trends.
• Carry out any other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirement(s)

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Candidate fluent in mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking tenants.
• Minimum 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in customer service and loyalty program.
