Main Accountabilities
1. Maintain and manage tenant records, lease agreements, and renewals.
2. Source suitable tenant mix based on the centre positioning of each assigned trade to strengthen the retail offerings.
3. Manage relationships with assigned tenants or retailers effectively.
4. Conduct market survey to keep abreast of the latest retail trends and changes.
5. Assist in setting up an effective lease administration filling system, maintaining and updating of all records
6. Administer and ensure adherence to lease terms and conditions by landlord & tenant
7. To assist in inter-dept coordination and Tenant issues for Fit-Out, Operation, Security, and Building Maintenance.
8. To assist Finance and Credit Control Department in administrating timely rental payments by tenants
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
