The Marketing & Communications Executive is accountable for supporting the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role ensures consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and supports outlet-level marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. The position also contributes to strengthening brand awareness and customer loyalty through effective, timely, and impactful marketing communications.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and communication campaigns for F&B outlets, products, and promotions
Manage and update digital platforms including social media channels, website content, and online listings
Create and coordinate marketing materials such as social media content, posters, menus, EDMs, press releases, and promotional collaterals
Coordinate photoshoots, videography, and content creation for marketing purposes
Liaise with internal stakeholders, outlet teams, designers, printers, influencers, and external agencies
Assist in organizing events, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and company standards
Provide administrative and reporting support for marketing-related activities as required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
