Responsibilities Take a pivotal role in Sales and the development of the Marine & Protective Coatings business, overseeing Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan, including key locations such as Kemaman, Kerteh, Gebang, and Kuantan. Ensure the achievement of sales results in alignment with established targets. Requirements Possess a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field. Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of sales experience. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to address technical challenges encountered at customer sites. Advantageous to have experience or knowledge in a related field. Effectively engage with key accounts, challenging customers, and various internal departments. Be prepared for domestic travel within Malaysia. Exhibit flexibility for travel on short notice. Diligently follow up on all sales-related matters. Thrive with minimal supervision. Willingly invest additional hours if necessary. Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Melayu, English, and other local dialects.
