Danfoss is looking for a

Marine Service Coordinator

who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of

Danfoss Drives

service to our maritime customers. This involves coordinating service activities, acting as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal departments, and ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the service process. This role is key in establishing a good level of collaboration between country teams and other Digital & Lifecycle Services (DLS) teams. The role accelerates development of service capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region (APR) for Danfoss and Danfoss' service channels which helps us to differentiate from our competition.

To succeed in this position, you need to be customer, service and solution minded. It will also be important to have technical know-how of Danfoss Drives and applications.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage service requests for project services (commissioning, resource planning) and ad-hoc services (technical support, troubleshooting and repair). Coordinate service cases from handover to the end including escalations and any necessary permits or documentation. Ensure the successful outcome of service together with all internal and external stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process from service request to case closure. Liaise between project team, customer and DLS technical experts when supporting cases. Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, customer interactions, and service reports using Danfoss system tools. Identify opportunities to improve service processes, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree / polytechnic graduate in electrical / mechatronics / automation engineering. 2 or more years of relevant working experience. Experience in service coordination or customer service role. Willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge in drive products and applications to support evolving business needs Demonstrated ability and commitment to building relationships and trust across product and technical support teams globally, with a focus on continuous improvement in cross-cultural collaboration Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in working for matrix management, cross-functional collaboration.
