To design, draw all loadout, loadin, ballasting, mooring, sea fastening , rigging and monitoring these work during operations in safe and efficient manner. 3. To make presentation to client and to assist during tendering for heavy loadout or loadin works. 4. To give classroom & on the job training to improve skills of subordinates. 5. To prepare methodology, work execution plan, work schedule and risk assessment report. 6. To visit the site and to determine the condition & accessibility for safe maneuvering of the SPMT. 7. To give advise to the management on technical issues with regards to tender & price enquiries from clients.
