Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor landscape, and pricing benchmarks in Miri and surrounding areas (Limbang, Labuan).
Coordinate operational setup, including identifying locations, suppliers, and local manpower.
Build and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and community leaders to strengthen brand presence.
Support marketing efforts by localizing content and campaigns.
Oversee daily operations for service delivery, inventory, and customer engagement.
Prepare weekly progress reports for HQ on performance, insights, and local challenges.
Liaise with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth cross-border coordination between Brunei and Miri.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, retail operations, or community engagement.
Strong understanding of Miri's consumer and business ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong sense of ownership, independence, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
* Possesses own transport and mobile connectivity (field-based work).
