Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Planner (Market Planning Supervisor)

to join our team. You will be responsible for managing product replenishment, coordinating with suppliers and branches, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to support smooth operations and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of products for order replenishment between suppliers, factories, principals, and Yee Lee branches. Ensure market and stock planning accuracy for delivery and order fulfillment. Analyze supply and demand data to forecast trends and align with the Trade Marketing Plan. Process branch ordering requisitions and purchase orders daily. Coordinate with external partners to ensure on-time delivery and monitor lead times. Plan and manage inventory from branch purchase orders to supplier or principal. Support project and promotional planning with accurate stock forecasting. Analyze Sell-Out vs. Replenishment data to maintain KPI inventory levels. Respond to internal branch and external inquiries efficiently. Prepare and present relevant reports to management. Report any operational or stock supply issues to the Market Planning Manager. Negotiate with vendors for the best deals based on quality, pricing, and lead time. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia

and

English

Mandarin

proficiency is an added advantage (for communication with China/overseas clients). Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under pressure. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a positive attitude. Minimum qualification:

STPM / A-Level / Pre-U or equivalent

in any field. No prior experience required -

fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
