Reporting to the Head, Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing, step into the spotlight as a Program Marketing Partner with a mission to narrate our brand\'s story that captivates and draws top-tier talent into our fold.The day-to-day activities

  • Market Research: Conduct and interpret candidate & market research to understand what is important to the talent audience, and apply creative practices to attract the best talent.
  • Content Creation: With insights, we develop concise, engaging, and targeted content, both written and visual, to attract talent across paid & owned touchpoints to drive awareness, consideration & optimize conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Design and manage marketing campaigns across various digital portfolios & platforms (social, content, web, email etc) and familiar with digital platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Builder, Google Ad Manager, Programmatic platforms, and others to attract potential candidates.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze campaign performance data regularly and derive compelling insights and stories to guide strategy optimisation. Design and apply structured testing methodologies to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, platforms & messaging.
  • Performance Reporting: Create detailed reports highlighting campaign performance, outreach outcomes, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Strategy Optimization: Continuously test, evaluate, and optimize campaign strategies based on data insights to boost campaign performance and candidate engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing strategy alignment with overall recruitment goals, and reporting on progress.
QualificationsSkills You Will Need
  • Technology Proficiency: Expert knowledge of online media platforms and tools LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ad Manager, Programmatic tools, ChatGPT and relevant tools.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Strong statistical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Market Research: Solid market research abilities, including conducting interviews and surveys, analyzing data and making recommendations.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze available data, and apply creative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Content Creation: Strong writing skills and experience in creating engaging written and visual content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are crucial for liaising with different teams and conducting market research.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be open to learning and implementing new strategies and tools.
