JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a full time Event Management Executive to work with us. Your main responsibilities is to assist HOD to oversee, plan and develop market support and product marketing strategies such plan, organize, and develop marketing-related video production to achieve company Sales & Marketing objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure it is in line with the company\'s direction and objectives.
• Support and facilitate company market online events, campaigns, and activities via using social media tools such as Zoom, WeChat, Facebook and etc. to achieve optimum results.
• Maintain and monitor Company Business Center (PBC) and other market support platforms to ensure sufficient and up to date information is available at all times.
• Monitor and support distributors\xe2\x80\x99 events and activities in a timely manner and survey the feedback of events & training and compilation of report analysis.
• Handle and manage voucher system activation.
• Monitor and investigate product price under cutting and product over claim cases to reduce market complaints.
• Control and monitor the training center and event equipment to safeguard assets and conduct event support assets audits.
• Ensure all requests submitted via System Education Form or Distributor Feedback Form (CRM) are properly verified and resolved timely.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or Event Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year and above of working experience in Sales & Marketing or Event Management field.
• Computer literate and willing to work Overtime.
• Customer-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good presentation skills and public speaking skills and good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Possess own vehicle and driving license (Class D) and willing to travel.
